Description of Duties:

• Work with construction crew to meet scheduling goals and client expectations.
• Ensuring projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings and applicable building codes while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Attending and providing input at Project Meetings with the Supervisor, proactively identifying solutions to support the project.
• Identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for Scope, Quality, and Schedule Targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating experience on either Excavator and/or Skidsteer.
• Knowledge of locates. - Working understanding of blueprints, grades and survey.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

 

Compensation:  Range is $28.00 - $36.00/hr

• No work scheduled on Sundays and long weekends!!
• Saturdays are optional
• Career advancement available - I am looking to groom a Foreman this fall.
• Health Spending Account ($500/year) available after 3 month probation period.
• Expect average of 45-50hrs each week.
