Position Title: Supported Group Living Manager

Compensation: $72,000 - $78,700 / Annually

Position Summary

Inclusion West Niagara (IWN) is currently seeking a Supported Group Living Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two of our Supported Group Living locations—eventually expanding to include up to three programs. The initial assignment(s) are homes supporting people with complex behavioural needs and mental health needs through evidence- based, person-centred approaches. The successful candidate will need to be proficient in leading a team through mentorship and use sound judgement in high stress situations.  Additional program oversight will be added as the service area grows.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Supported Group Living Services, the Manager is a key member of the Leadership Team and provides coaching, mentorship, and leadership to staff. This role fosters psychological safety, supports skill development, and ensures high-quality service delivery aligned with CLGLWL’s mission, vision, and values, and in compliance with Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) requirements.
