Position summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as the primary HR partner for an assigned region, supporting Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and functional leaders in achieving business objectives through effective people strategies. As a trusted advisor, the HRBP provides practical, business-focused guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

This role is responsible for building strong relationships with leaders and employees across the region, ensuring consistent application of company policies and practices while supporting a positive, high-performance culture.
