We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for designing and producing engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design skills, multimedia production experience, and the ability to translate marketing concepts into compelling visual stories that support brand growth and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

● Create and edit multimedia content such as promotional videos, animations, and motion graphics

● Develop visual assets for websites, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns

● Produce branded creative for marketing campaigns, promotions, and events

● Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to develop visual content for campaigns

● Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications

● Prepare files for both print production and digital distribution

● Assist with photography and video shoots, including editing and post-production

● Organize and maintain a digital asset library for marketing materials Qualifications

● Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or a related creative role

● Portfolio required showcasing design, multimedia, or visual content work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

● Experience with video editing and motion graphics preferred

● Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling

● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

● Knowledge of branding and marketing principles

● Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

 

Schedule, Location & Travel

● Full-time, hybrid role

● Based in Central Phoenix, AZ

● 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

● Occasional travel to Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, Las Vegas, and San Antonio
