HR Project Coordinator
Description
We’re seeking an HR Project Coordinator to assist in planning, executing and delivering high‑impact HR initiatives on time and within scope. You will partner with HR Leaders, Local Directors and Analytics to drive projects and optimize HR processes. This role requires strong project management skills and hands-on expertise with Excel, Monday.com and other key HR Platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Build and/or manage HR related projects such as Overtime, eNPS, Scheduling
templates and other Data Management
- Lead HR workstreams for implementations and upgrades
- Map current and future processes
- Identify simplification and automation opportunities
- Prepare PowerPoint decks for HR Leadership
- Create dashboards and reports for projects
- Use Excel to analyze HR data
- Maintain data quality standards; partner with People Analytics on complex reporting and insights.
- Own/administrate Monday.com boards, templates, and automations; standardize portfolio reporting.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years in HR project/program management
- Proven delivery of HR technology or process projects
- com: Creating multi-board workflows, dependencies, automations, dashboards, and portfolio views.
- Proficiency in HR Platforms: ADP Workforce
- Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication skills; ability to influence without authority and manage executive stakeholders.
