Description
Senior Order Processor – Cabinetry experience required
Our company is a leading custom cabinet manufacturer for over 60 years. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to process orders through the design and quote process, in preparation for production. This individual must have established knowledge of how cabinetry is designed and built, be adaptable to learning new technology, as well as the ability to deal with people professionally at all times.
Duties
- Review and validate orders entered by customers
- Prepare, organize and submit approved orders to engineering, for custom drawings, and to production
- Act as a first point of contact and provide technical and design information
- Manage service work as required
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- All other duties revolving around order processing
Requirements
- Three years of experience designing, and entering orders for custom cabinetry is needed to have superior knowledge of the production requirements to produce high quality custom cabinetry
- Architectural Technologist Diploma and Certification(s) and/or license(s) appropriate to industry is an asset
- Reading blueprints and drawings from design software in the cabinet making industry
- Excel at providing customer service
- Prioritize and manage conflicting demands
