Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other trades to coordinate work and ensure project deadlines are met
- Install and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
- Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and team members
Journeyman Qualifications:
- Registration as a Journeyman in your jurisdiction
- Minimum 1 year experience in wood frame residential construction (multi-family preferred)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Journeyman Benefits:
- Competitive salary $40-42 per/hr + 9.6% vacation pay

Foreman Qualifications:
- Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily residential construction

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Foreman Benefits:
- Competitive salary $42.00 - $46.00/hr + 9.6% vacation pay
