ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a compassionate team dedicated to supporting individuals living with serious mental illness in achieving their highest level of independence. The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Medium Support Housing provides nursing care within a residential setting that offers 24-hour onsite support. This program serves clients who may need assistance with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, household management, and medication adherence.

Working collaboratively with clients, Community Support Assistants, and community treatment teams, the RPN promotes recovery-oriented care, health maintenance, and wellness education. This role involves supporting clients to develop skills, enhance self-management, and participate in meaningful social, leisure, and vocational activities within a supportive and respectful environment.
