New Opportunity – Personal Lines Broker/Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Vaughan, Ontario (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days from home)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Benefits: Available at a shared cost with the employee

 

Position Summary

Our client, based in Vaughan just north of Toronto, is seeking a full-time Personal Lines Broker to join their team. This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The successful candidate will be a proactive, service-driven professional with a valid RIBO license and at least 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to existing policyholders

• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally

• Review renewals, process endorsements, and handle new submissions

• Guide clients on insurance products and coverage

• Manage client information in the broker management system accurately

• Support and document claims through resolution

• Stay current on industry guidelines and underwriting rules

• Communicate effectively with underwriters and clients

 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance

• Valid RIBO license in good standing

• Proficient in Applied Rating Services and TAM (The Agency Manager)

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively
