We assist companies in the construction industry across Canada with their hiring including job postings and the recruitment of staff.

We are seeking 3 sales representatives to add to our team. This is a remote work from home role working 3-5 days weekly, 6-8 hours daily reaching out to construction companies all across Canada and discussing their hiring needs.

This is a very high commission performance-based position. If you are hard working, smart, able to talk to people, have a bit of an attitude, not afraid to close the sale and are looking to maximize your earning potential without any caps, this is the role.

New Client trial packages you earn $500 to $2,500 each new client sale, 30% commission on reoccurring sales and $1,500 to $4,500 on recruitment sales. 50% of our sales are recurring revenue from monthly programs. Top reps can make $300K plus. You should be making a minimum $1,500 week after the 8^th week as you build your sales pipeline.

 

The Role:

• Look up construction companies that are hiring. There are about 40,000 any given day hiring in Canada.
• Look at our databases and other sources for the contact person
• Call and connect and discuss their hiring, challenges, number of positions and then present them with a solution.
• Try to one call close
• If not able to close, schedule an online presentation and or send email information
• Continue to aggressively follow up until you sell them, or they are absolutely not buying
• Follow up with current clients, make sure they are happy as well as upsell and sell new services.
• Our services start at $700, the average sale around $1,500, many sales in the $10K to $20k range and large sales in the $50K to $200K range.

 

You:

• Speak clear fluent English
• Good written and communication skills
• Make 30-60 outbound calls daily
• Be on the computer emailing and texting clients and potential clients
• Tech savvy
• Fast on the computer
• Self starter
• Sales, recruitment or tech sales experience preferred.
• A CLOSER. Your goal on every call is to CLOSE
• Good negotiant skills
• Able to execute simple contracts
