Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and developing strategic account management plans
• Estimate/ quote jobs for clients
• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned territory or customer base
• Utilize technology sales techniques to promote and sell home solutions to customers
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience in sales, particularly in outside sales
• 2+ years of Plumbing & HVAC experience 
• Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment
• Valid driver's license
