We are seeking a skilled and passionate Unit Chef to join our team in Flowood, MS. In this role, you will oversee and actively participate in meal preparation across multiple assigned locations, ensuring high-quality food and an exceptional dining experience.
Compensation: $46,000 - $50,000 per year based on experience
Located in: Flowood, MS
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of culinary operations for retail and catering services.
- Develop menus that reflect market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional requirements.
- Collaborate with district managers and other departments to coordinate daily food service operations.
- Supervise and direct kitchen staff to maintain efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certification from a recognized culinary institution OR equivalent education and experience.
- 3+ years in culinary management.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role preferred.
