Job Posting - Global Product Trainer - Global Learning Specialist

We are seeking a Global Product Trainer who will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training materials and courses.

This role involves content creation, research evaluation, and conducting customized in-person training sessions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product innovation and customer understanding, ensuring comprehensive education for internal teams and external partners.

Reporting to: Director of Marketing and Clinical Science

 

Key Responsibilities include:

Content Development

• Identify and curate new content relevant to product advancements and industry trends.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and interactive modules.
• Design and build full-length courses tailored for the Firmwater platform, ensuring engaging and informative content delivery.
• Update and enhance existing training content to reflect the latest product developments and research findings.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct face-to-face training sessions, customizing the content to meet diverse audience needs (e.g., sales teams, distributors, end-users).
• Lead virtual internal training sessions and webinars, adapting delivery methods to suit different learning styles and geographical regions.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, making continuous improvements.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Align training content with business objectives.
• Function as key point of contact and support for all training-related queries.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all training materials and courses.

Platform Management:

• Manage and maintain and update the Firmwater platform content.
• Analyze user engagement and feedback, to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Dentistry, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in training, development, and delivery - preferably in a global or product-focused role.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging training content.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering training to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools (e.g. Firmwater, Articulate, LMS platforms, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
• Dental Assistant with strong background in biology
