Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execution of all PD related sampling requirements, product kit assembly and couriers, managing follow up and timely delivery
- Provide support to product development team for meetings, presentations & trade show
- Provide follow-up support to proper execution of R&D’s (i.e. order components), IL requests and all other tasks associated with the product development process
- Maintain and organize stock sample library, stock component library, presentation library and raw material supplier library
- Become familiar with the entire product development process to support team with SAP requests/PR creation for sample scale up
- Regulatory/stability requests as required
- Maintain all logs and reports as needed
- Provide support for sourcing support materials for presentations and trade shows
- Provide administrative support to team as requested that could include filing, photocopying, scanning, forms, etc.
- Organize and maintain Product/Sampling Library: i.e. set up library/create-a-process, for example, triggers for inventory reorder, storage location(s), labeling, component and formula references.
- Own Sample Requests: i.e. Product/Sampling Library .
- Preliminary/initial ingredient listing requests via regulatory
- Customer s(coordinate samples, product information, and courier/packing samples).
- Trade show support– coordinate samples, supplies, set up, and shipping of samples, supplies etc.
Skills & Qualifications

Experience in sales and account management in cosmetic or consumer-packaged goods industry is preferred

Strong understanding of color.

Experience in cosmetics manufacturing is an asset

Must have trend consciousness and a passion for fashion and cosmetics

Able to think strategically and proactively are crucial, as well as being able to excel in a fast paced, high pressure environment

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with impeccable organizational and time-management skills

Post-secondary education required. Courses in business, fashion, cosmetics management, cosmetics science, sales or marketing are a welcomed asset

Superior problem-solving skills - must be resourceful and creative with solutions
