Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Plumbing Supervisor is at the forefront of our company's growth and success, and is responsible for the project from conception to completion.
- Oversee and run challenging and diverse projects in a collaborative environment, ensuring things flow smoothly
- Work directly with the general contractor’s site supervisor, attend site meetings, and review answers of meeting minutes
- Provide leadership to the crew, and carry out the BIM design efficiently, as well as coordinate between the BIM team and pre-fab shop
- Identify, track, and mitigate potential project issues in advanc, (including: man loading labor, ordering, scope gaps, subcontractor errors, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Red Seal Journeyman Plumbing license
- Experience in water/wastewater treatment, construction, or engineering contracting with municipal government agencies
- 5+ years of plumbing experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Effective leadership and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
