Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our client base & drive sales growth within various industries in Northwestern Ontario. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical understanding of various industrial processes and proven results in B2B sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Together with our team, develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify and target new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new potential customers
- Conduct regular site visits and engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs and promote our services
- Collaborate with management to provide clients with customized solutions & ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep up to date on local industry trends and market developments
- Prepare & deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
- Set goals, achieve, and exceed sales targets and objectives
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of machining, rebuild, and mechanical services, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to clients
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the industrial sectors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet sales goals
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel extensively within Northwestern Ontario

Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
