As we continue to grow our family, we are looking for an experienced Journeyman Sheet Metal Installers to help with our retrofit and high end residential projects. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Run a 2-5 man crew, tasking apprentices while completing the scope of job on a day-to-day basis
- Installing and maintaining residential HVAC systems and retrofits
- Interpret and read blueprints and technical drawings, leading to laying out the plans
- Communicate with other trades and managers on site
- Responsible for new home layout, material list, and gathering for sheet metal rough in
- Ordering and delivering materials to site
Qualifications:

Journeyman/Red Seal Sheet Metal certification
- Experience with residential HVAC installation
- Strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of Alberta HVAC codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to run a crew of 2-7 guys on residential sites
