Our Mississauga client is currently looking for a Personal Lines TSR with a minimum of  3 years working experience in the insurance industry. Requirements:

 

• RIBO license an asset but not required ( would be required for progression of role / advancement in department )
• Understanding and navigation of insurer portals for policy endorsement changes to assist account managers
• Understanding and navigation of insurer portals for entering new business applications and issuing policies to assist the account managers
• Understanding and navigation of insurer portals to make premium payments for insureds and provide insurer receipt of same to be sent
• Contacting clients for follow-up on premium payments or updated billing information to make payment on account
• Understanding and navigation of EPIC agency manager system
• Understanding and navigation of the ARS system ( C/Q ) to assist account managers for quotations of changes and new lines of business
• Processing insurance confirmation certificates / binders on new risks / policies / changes for account managers to provide to third parties / clients
• Attention to detail and accuracy critical in work production
• Knowledge of basic insurance coverage and how to read insurance policy
• Knowledge of insurer carrier manual guidelines to process portal entry to assist and support account managers
• Reviewing renewals and processing through ARS ( C/Q ) for alternative quotations to support account managers
• Working knowlege of MS Office
• A friendly, patient and can do attitude
• Patience, understanding and always putting the customer first
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
