Our division is a heavy civil construction company with a strong presence and portfolio of work in London and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join our team!

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the daily operations of a jobsite with a crew on a variety of projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Ensure everyone on the jobsite is working safely by following safety protocol and other health and safety rules and regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
Requirements
- Experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and supervisor responsibilities under OHSA guidelines
- WAH, Confined Spaces, First Aid and CPR training
