We are looking for Evening Sous Chef,  for a full time and permanent position.  Must have 1 or more years of experience.

 We are located in Grafton, Ontario - 45 minutes east of Oshawa.

 

Purpose of this position:

To ensure a high level of food quality, value, consistency and satisfaction to the guests, while maintaining budgeted labour and staff.

Role Overview:

• Follows established and proper handling of food, equipment, and utensils
• Prepares food according to Chef’s specification and recipes
• Sets up daily mise-en-place
• Cleans and maintains his/her working place, store, equipment and utensils
• Participates in the meal service
• Follows and enforces the hygiene and safety standard set by the Public Health Department and the food services department

 

Shifts: 

3:00 pm - 12:00 pm

 

Salary: 

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
